Operation:

Safe-T-Check Portholes are intended to be installed at the point of entry to a confined space for a Zero Entry Air Test. Prior to exposing the user to the environment simply place the gas detection instrument through the Safe-T-Check Porthole ensuring safe entry.

Installation:

Locate the installation point, using a 6” hole saw cut the hole. (Note: put a 5/8” fine thread nut to secure the saw to the arbour of the saw). Assemble the Safe-T-Check in the cut hole and secure with 1” #8 self tapping screws. (hand tighten only). Using a razor knife cut the lines in the seal. Install entry label. Trim the outside half of the Safe-T-Check that is protruding thru. Slide the inside half of the Safe-T-Check into the first half and secure using 1” #8 self tapping screws.
